Following a pre-application meeting with Wandsworth Borough Council, a formal planning application was submitted to demolish the existing property and replace it with a detached building, over 3 floors, comprising 5 flats, with a mix of 1, 2 & 3 bed units, all with private outside space.
Having successfully gained an approval for this application, a secondary planning proposal was submitted to enlarge the scheme by a further 2 flats by way of the introduction of a basement floor. Once again planning was granted.
The site was then sold with the benefit of these permissions.
